The Lakeshore Kids ministry exists to teach our kids truth “so that they should set their hope in God” (Ps 78:7). From one generation to the next, we hope that our kids, and their kids, would continue to teach this same truth so that future generations might also set their hope in Him.
In order to accomplish this we aim to faithfully present the whole counsel of the Word in each class. We recognize that parents have the primary responsibility to disciple their children (Deut 6:4-9), so we strive to support and encourage parents by offering take home resources after each class, and we provide a parent resource page.
In order to provide a safe and secure environment for our kids, each of our teachers and workers have been through the Safe Haven process, additionally we use an electronic check in system.

It’s more than a story—it’s good news! The Gospel Project is a weekly program geared toward kids that dives deep into the big story of the Bible—God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Each week kids will progress through the Bible (finishing the entire Bible every 4 years). They’ll have a chance to memorize verses, talk about how to apply the lessons, enjoy singing together and playing games. What’s more is that the kids will go home with a book to help parents disciple their kids by reinforcing the truth they learned.
The Gospel Project is held every Wednesday night, beginning September 13th, from 6:45-8:00pm. It’s for ages 2yrs-6th grade.
