Serving and Learning Together
The mission of the Women’s Ministry at LBC is to equip women to live godly lives, love one another, and glorify God by serving and learning together.
Card Ministry…A place to serve, fellowship, and use your creative talents to make greeting cards that can be sent to encourage and brighten someone’s day.

Care and Conversation Ministry…taking time to regularly connect with widows, widowers, those not able to get out (recovering from surgery, physically unable to get out anymore), caregivers, etc. It’s an opportunity to be a blessing, but more than likely, you will be blessed.

Meal Ministry…providing meals for people in need for a variety of reasons. There are opportunities to serve in various ways: preparing meals, making/delivering freezer meals, compiling a recipe book, donating for the purchase of gift cards, etc.

The Kitchen Ministry…We have some new and exciting things happening in the Kitchen Ministry. As always, our emphasis will be on Serving and Learning together! The Kitchen is a great place to do that and make friendships at the same time.

Young Moms Ministry…Motherhood holds its own joys and challenges, and between the diaper changing and carpooling, it’s often challenging to grow your relationship with Christ. The new LBC Young Moms Ministry aims to assist you in your walk with Christ by connecting, supporting, and encouraging young moms within the women’s ministries of LBC through bible study, fellowship, and resources. Memorizing God’s Word…is important, but as busy adults, we often have a hard time making it happen. Committing to Scripture memorization will help the women of LBC grow in several areas: knowledge of God’s character and ways, being equipped to speak truth to themselves as they combat sin and deal with the daily pressures of life, being equipped to speak truth to others, whether in witnessing, discipleship, or day-to-day conversations, and growing in community through accountability.
